Michael Greenhouse, founder of Integria Consulting Company, is a master facilitator with over 25 years experience in organization development, change management, leadership development, diversity, strategic planning, training and facilitation.
Michael has played an integral role in advancing vision and values initiatives for a wide range of world-class organizations in the “for profit” and “non-profit” sectors and has extensive experience working with senior leadership teams to develop strategies that drive organizational change, culture and performance.
Gabriel Ramos
Program Leader & Sr. Consultant
Speaker, coach and consultant, Gabriel Ramos, has been working in the field of transformation and self-development for over 14 years. In addition to being an entrepreneur, Gabriel has served the non-profit sector in many capacities, including as both a board member and advisor. An experienced coach and mentor, he is passionate about the work of individual and organizational transformation.
Gabriel studied both psychology and human development, yet he attributes his greatest learning to his real life experiences. In 2007 Gabriel physically ran from New York to California. Five years later he miraculously overcame a battle with lupus and kidney failure, and is profoundly grateful to share his experience, skills and passion with his clients.
