This workshop is designed to help develop, increase and/or reinforce key change management skills and provide tools that will enable participants to engage successful strategies that enhance their personal response and experience to change and transition.
At the end of the workshop, participants will:
• Identify how to effectively manage their emotional responses to change
• Understand the difference between change and transition
• Use skills and tools to effectively move through resistance to change
• Create an action plan for successfully moving through transition
Leading Change & Transition
Duration: 4 Hours
This workshop is designed to help develop, increase & reinforce s leader’s understanding and awareness of key skills and provide tools that will assist managers and supervisors who need to increase their employee’s ability to demonstrate resilience in the midst of difficult change and transition.
At the end of the workshop, participants will:
• Understand the dynamics of change & transition and, why resilience is important
• Explore the characteristics that enable someone to be resilient
• Assess their own personal level of resiliency
• Identify actions for developing and increasing resilience within yourself and in your teams
Choosing & Creating Empowerment
Duration: 4 hours
The root meaning of the word “power” is “to be able.” When we feel powerful, it is because we feel we are able to influence and take action on the tasks or situations in front of us. Empowerment is the process of increasing our belief in our own effectiveness – our ability to effect and influence the situations and challenges we face.
This workshop is designed to increase participant’s understanding of the individual and organizational dynamics of empowerment.
